You can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet, free of charge, from My Account → Order History — just click Cancel Order.
Once delivered, most items can be returned within 15 days for a refund or exchange, provided they're unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, innerwear and made-to-measure or altered pieces are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
Go to My Account → Order History and click Request Return on any eligible delivered order — pick a reason, add photos if it's damaged, and we'll review it and arrange a pickup.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
